Return & Exchnage

Due to the nature of health and wellness products, ENICA follows a strict quality and hygiene policy.

Returns

Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

An unboxing video is mandatory to raise a return request.

Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened, used, or tampered supplements

Products with broken seals (unless damaged on arrival)

Orders placed under offers or discounts

Exchange

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Approved exchanges will be processed within 7 working days.

Refunds

If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
